The new type of a wide sammying machine is suitable for a through-put sammying, e.g. for a partial dewatering of leathers through a mechanical removal from wet leathers up to the working width of 2700 mm and 3200 mm.

Description
The new type of a wide sammying machine is suitable for a through-put sammying, e.g. for a partial dewatering of leathers through a mechanical removal from wet leathers up to the working width of 3200 mm. The machine is suitable for placing into a continuous line. It is manufactured in versions P1, P2, P3 where are difference in automatization of functions.
- A leather is sammied on two points. Each sammying point has a possibility of setting a sammying pressure. At the P1 version an operator keeps a set sammying pressure by a push-button. At the P2, P3 versions a set sammying pressure is kept automatically, by means of a controller.
- The machine is equipped with an inserting plastic conveyor on this conveyor an unfolding is realized. A plastic surface of the conveyors enables a better spreading of a leather and in this way forming of folds is reduced. At the P1 version the side control of a conveyor position is operated by hand. At the P2, P3 versions a plastic conveyor position is controlled automatically.
- The felt conveyors are equipped at both versions by an automatic control of a conveyor position with a built-in TOTAL STOP in the limit extreme conveyor positions.
- An inserting plastic conveyor and felt conveyors are driven by variable speed gear-boxes with a continuously adjustable supply speed.
- For modification P1, P2 is speed of conveyors adjusted by hand on variators. For modification P3 is speed adjusted by buttoms on control panel with digital indicator of speed. Pressure differences at the throughput of a leather between the sammying rollers are compensated by hydraulic accumulators.
- The P2, P3 versions is equipped with an automatic starting of an unfolding roller into a working position.
The basic version of machine can be enlarged with the following offered equipment:
- Va - brush for cleaning of upper conveyor
- Vy - meter of leatherss
